Batteries Plus Phone Repair

EXCELLENT everything: Service, Expertise, Personal Attention. These guys go beyond all expectations to take care of their customers, and do it well! Reminds me of back in the day when customer service was always put first, and you could really depend on honesty! Like, if your needs are way outside their parameters to fulfill, they'll even recommend places where you might get help. Most highly recommend this establishment!

The staff at Batteries Plus was professional and knowledgeable and fixed my Galaxy S9+ with no issues in a very timely manner! Highly recommend for phone repair needs. I used Batteries Plus because I priced several other places and they had the best pricing I could find in town. When I went into the store they were up front regarding possible extra cost due to possible hairline fractures on the back of the phone (which were avoided) and made me feel like the repair was in good hands. Check them out for your phone repair needs!

I love the customer service at Batteries Plus. I always feel like the gentlemen drop whatever they are doing to help me immediately. Today I got a shattered iPhone screen fixed in 30 minutes. I have also gotten a moped battery fixed there, as well as batteries and light bulb replacements!

When I was in College Station on July 31, 2018, I saw a Batteries + Bulbs store. I decided to go inside to see if they could fix my broken I-Phone 6s screen. The employee Doug was fabulous. He explained how much it would cost to fix the screen and told me he could fix it while I waited. I asked him about getting a new battery at the same time. He offered me a great deal for both the battery and new screen. I left my phone with Doug and went to run a few errands. When I returned in about 30 minutes, my phone was ready. He was very professional & I would definitely recommend this location to all of my friends. Great service at a great price!

The guys at the store were super nice. My phone repair looks perfect. It took a little bit longer than we initially thought because the wrong part showed up. Everyone there was so apologetic and helpful with fixing the problem that waiting didn't feel painful.
